Initial Call
Your call is answered live by a Matthew Q Corporation restoration expert, 24 hours a day. We gather the details, confirm the address and dispatch a certified technician to your Toronto property at the earliest possible moment — no answering service, no waiting for a callback.
Introduction & Process Walk-Through
On arrival we inspect the affected areas with thermal imaging and moisture meters, trace the damage to its source and stop it. Before any work begins, your project manager walks you through exactly what must happen to return the property to normal, and what your insurer will need.
Set Up, Clean Up & Restoration
Containment goes up, equipment goes in, and restoration begins. We work around your household or business operations wherever possible, document every stage for your claim, and do not close the file until the property is back to pre-loss condition.
